The Anti-oxygenation Methods During Beer Filtration
1)Using deoxidation pure water to precoat and adopt CO2 as backup gas
2)During beer filtration process, it has great significant to control between beer head and end. At this period. It is easy to result in oxygen absorption, which is not good for colloid stable.
3)Adopt other measures make oxygen amount lower 0.01mg/L in the beer.
A.Avoid oxygen go into bright beer tank
B.Before filter, using deoxygenated water empty the air from all the vessel and pipes. During filtration, monitoring exhaust device continuously.
C.Empty the air bubble from pipes.
D.Reasonable pipe layout with exhaust device
E.Avoid pipe diameter reduction.
F.To prevent CO2 escape in the beer and air absorb, enough liquid pressure is necessary before running filtration pump.
G.With inert gas (CO2,N2) as backup and use for liquid empty from pipe and vessel system.
H.Adding CO2 from feeding tank, empty air from Kieselguhr mixed liquid.
I.Avoid excessive content beer (start and end) mixed with good station beer.
J.To avoid occurring fountain flow and whirlpool sign, it is better to use anti plate.
