The most important parts of piping cleaning is fully use the mechanical function and increase cleaning efficiency. Because when cleaning the piping, flow condition will have big influence on cleaning efficiency, when the flow speed is slower, the liquid inside is easy to layer. Due to friction function, the flow speed inside have gradient change from center to edge, then the dirt parts will difficult to clean. So it need higher flow speed and shape swirl and turbulence when do piping cleaning.
To assure piping cleaner, the CIP clean liquid must have certain wash strength. When use hot clean liquid, the flow speed need to keep at 1-1.5m/s. Besides we also need to take the piping for CO2 and compressed air, also with accessories into consideration. It need to clean at least 5 times per year.
If the straight piping have T connector, the flow speed have to increase then reach the demands 1.5m/s. So the piping for beer especially after sterilize of filtration, it is better no tee or T connector. If it is necessary, it need to shorter and near main piping in case produce dead corner.
The flow way is better to choose reverse cleaning with material.
