The Basic demands for CIP process

1)The system must close to clean.

2)The santizer must contacting with the dirt, and the santizer concentration, working temperature&time need to meet process demands. It also need workable for cleaning parts.

3)The cleaned dirt parts need to drain out wth flow method. Also means the attachment need to dissolved and avoid the dirt sedimentary again.

4)All the cleaned dirt parts must drain out the system( filter or seperated).

5)The santizer itself is harmful to products, it also need to drain out the system. Dut to the cleaning, the concentration of acid and caustic be diluted. It need to adjust and check regularly.

6)It can not rusult in erosion for cleaning surface, for example corrosion or shape vacuum.

7)The santizer with high stability.

8)Economic factors. Good qualtiy with best price.
