1)Must make sure all the pumps, chillers, motors rotate are in the same direction as the mark shows before each operation. otherwise it might cause broken.
2)Please assure oil level. 1/2 is best level.
3)The supply voltage should be between 0.9 and 1.1 times of rated value.
4)Compressor should not be repeat close and open regularly during operation, it must be less than 5 times. And the stop time should be more than 5min
5)Compressor(All closed) bottom temperature should be below 70℃ during proper operation, while the discharging temperature should be below 110℃.
6)Pay more attention to compressor noise.
7)Check seal, pipe, interface, condenser, evaporator, drier-filter and other welding regularly to ensure no oil leakage.
8)Check if pressure is proper during operation.
9)In Winter(Southern Area), Refrigerant will be dissolved with lubricating oil, so it is hard to tell oil level. Chiller should be open and close for several times to check to avoid oil starvation in compressor. The stop time should be more than 5min. The chiller can be operated after checking oil level properly.
