The cleaning for spare parts on the top of tanks is a weak process when relate to sanitary management in brewery especially safe valve and vacuum valve. The parts should be cleaned in the process of cleaning. If possible, it is better to adopt special cleaner to clean. Due to location is not convenient, it is not easy to find when normally inspection when there is something problems occur on the top, so we should take special prevention inspect.
The final destination of cleaning and sterilization is make the surface and parts which contact the equipment no alive microorganism to assure the beer sanitary. Sanitary inspection is important measure to in the brewery quality control, so expect careful cleaning, also need to do inspection and monitor for every production process.
Besides, the special equipment cleaning for example filter, filling machine etc, most suppliers also configure CIP cleaning system due to special configuration. And it need to clean as regulated process requirements.
