1)It has a tapered bottom, the angle between 60°-90°. Recycling the yeast is convient after the main fermentation. To assure the beer have good filtration, the yeast usually adopt the strain that the cohesion have good performance.
2)The tanks equip with cooling jacket, the cooling capacity can meet the demands of process. Main part of the tank have 2-3 cooling jacket. The part of conical has one cooling jacket. This structure is good for the yeast drop down and storage.
3)The conical fermenter is a airtight tank. It not only can recycle CO2, but also can carry on CO2 washing. It can be used for fermenting, also can for storging.
4)The beer in the fermenter has strongly convection. The fermenter more high, more convect. The convect intensity is relvant to the tanks shape、capacity and controling system.
5)The conical tanks has certain height, The yeast have strong cohesion will easily precipitation, while the weak yeast will be seperated by other methods.
6)The conical tanks not only applicable bottom fermenting, but also top fermenting. Many breweries in Shandong have already brewing wheat beer with top fermenting by conical fermenter.
