The beer preservation condition usually decided by its physicochemical property. And should follows some points as below:
1.Beer preservation should strictly according to the production time and the product category, storage in order. Achieve first production to storage to sales which will in case the longer storage time in the warehouse.
2.The beer warehosue should be kept warm in winter and cool in summer. The temperature in summer cannot exceed 25℃, and cannot lower than 10℃ in winter. The better heat-retaining condition and cooling installation are also be required.
3.Also the warehouse must be easily ventilation drying, it will avoid mildew of the cardboard box & label papers, and Caps rust.
4.The finished beer should be stored in warehouse instead of outside, cause the sunlingflavour and high-temperature oxidation cannot be totally avoided even with brown or dark green bottles. Though in winter, the beer cannot be put outside which may cause Frozen explosion, Cold turbidity or Trademarks off after snowing.
